      Galvanized steel coil of Tan Phuoc Khanh (TPK-ZINC) is produced with modern coating technnology. Product quality is in accordance with standard JIS G3302:1998 (Japan);and standard ISO 9001:2008.

      The surface of the product is bright and beautiful with silver color, outstanding corrosion resistance, effective heat resistance, flexibility in design and has 4 times longer life than normal galvanized steel sheet.

      Features of TPK-PPALZINC:

      1. Reducing peeling, scratching of coating layer during stamping, rolling stages..

      2. High corrosion resistance; good thermal resistance due to sunlight rèlectivity.

      3. Anti-stain, anti-oxidation.

       

      Basic production processes

      A brief description of three main stages of the production process of GI production:

      • Product surface treatment: the oil of surface on cold rolled steel is heated and removed by a cleaning equipment, electrochemical cleaning and oxygen furnace (NOF: None Oxidizing Furnace).
      • Coating the Aluminum Zinc Alloy: Cold rolled steel strip after cleaning the surface itself, coating with zinc alloy and silicon. The volume coating and thickness of the aluminum alloy coating is controlled by the Air-knife, creating a uniform and beautiful surface.
      • Chemical coating: GI production is coated with anti-rust protection in coil coat or coating the paint into PPGI production in coil.
