A brief description of three main stages of the production process of GL production:

  • Product surface treatment: the oil of surface on cold rolled steel is heated and removed by a cleaning equipment, electrochemical cleaning and oxygen furnace (NOF: None Oxidizing Furnace).
  • Coating the Aluminum Zinc Alloy: Cold rolled steel strip after cleaning the surface itself, coating with aluminum and zinc alloy and silicon. The volume coating and thickness of the aluminum alloy coating is controlled by the Air-knife, creating a uniform and beautiful surface.
  • Chemical coating: GL production is transferred to coat the painting which produce into PPGL production. The GL production is coated with anti-rust/ anti-finger chemical.
